so my mothers boyfriend shot a moose and had it boated down to us, so here we have all this meat and no where to store it so we hang the legs and parts in my grammas garage till we can get every thing processed,on the one hand im glad we have lots of meats now but it bugged me a bit knowing my moms silly ass man didnt even give her the mooses tongue(the most prized part) NOR the liver so im going to slice up a shit load of dry meat and hord it away if possible, granny did some slices too but there at her house, in my kitchen hanging on a string is some beautiful chunks waiting to become perfect, i really wish i had a camera....damn faulty technology

anyways, im super excited to have plentiful moose even tho there wont be any head cheese or tongue or fried heart but im making up for all that with the dangles
